5. Gifting, Payments, and Fees

Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers, and you agree to their terms. Applicable fees, taxes, and delivery charges will be disclosed before you complete a purchase. All completed gift transactions are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.

The Service, including its content, features, logos, and design, is owned by Moodbux and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, such as messages and images. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the rights to share it.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, such as payment processors and delivery partners. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service, and your use of them is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
